- What membership types do you offer?
We offer a range of flexible memberships, from hot-desking to private locked of offices. You can even drop in for the day with our day pass.
Monthly Hot Desk: No contracts, no strings attached. Perfect for those moving between projects but need a familiar base for when they have to get stuck into the grind of things.
Dedicated Desk: Your desk, your terms. Full flexibility with all the perks for full-time freelancers, start-ups and small agencies. Have access to meeting rooms and free printing.
Day Pass: Tired of working from home? Pop in for the day and change your routine! Meeting rooms are bookable for any time during opening hours at an additional fee, starting from £10 per hour + VAT.
Virtual Membership: You’ll get all the benefits of a virtual office address and mail handling. Included in your membership, you’ll also have half-day worth of coworking space access if you find yourself in need of a flexible workspace for a few hours.
Locked office: A dedicated locked office for teams of 5-20 people with access to meeting rooms. Streamline the workplace or scale-up your start-up with complete privacy.

- When can I access Missionworks?
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Private Offices and Dedicated Desks have access to the building from 8am - 8pm.
- What is your COVID policy?
There are sanitation stations spotted around the building, masks available, and daily cleaning and disinfection.
When moving around the space, the use of a mask is mandatory but you may remove it at your desk or when eating in the kitchen. Social distance must be maintained at all times.
- Do you have food and beverages?
There is complimentary fruit, tea, and the best coffee made by our lovely community manager. You'll also find snacks, drinks and frozen meals available for purchase in the pantry by the communal kitchen.
- How do you ensure security?
Access to the building is granted via the Missionworks App to members and valid day passers only. Visitors of our members should be invited via the app enabling access. There are also CCTV cameras operating around the building.
- Payment for Day Passers
A pass for a day in Missionworks is £30 per day including VAT which is payable upfront upon booking the day you plan to come in. This can be done via the website or via email.
Walk-ins are accepted and payment will be taken upfront.
- Payment for Monthly Hot Deskers
Monthly Hot Deskers fees start from £300 per month excluding VAT on a monthly rolling basis. Payment should be made in advance pro-rata on the 1st day of each month.
Cancellation can be made anytime before the end of the month to avoid the rolling payment.
- Payment for Dedicated Desks
Dedicated Desks start from £480 per month excluding VAT. There is no minimum term contract and a deposit equal to the first month is required. This can be paid via direct debit, credit card or bank transfer. Deposits may vary depending on payment methods.
Payments are to be made in advance in monthly increments and there is a 30 day cancellation period.
- Payments for Locked Offices
Locked Offices start from £650 per head per month, excluding VAT. The minimum term contract is 3 months with a maximum of 12 months as standard.
A negotiable deposit is required and all payments must be made in advance in monthly increments. The cancellation period for Locked Offices is 30 days.
- Access to the building
Just buzz the bell at the entrance and the Community Manager will be there to let you in.
